What are the color filters for?2018-09-17T12:14:42+00:00

Color lens filters provide the ability to change (filter) the color of the light produced by Eagle Beam products. There are numerous applications where this can be useful. Most game animals do not see red or green in their visible light spectrum.  This allows hunters and nature enthusiasts to see animals without being seen and without disturbing them in their natural habitat. Blue light is most commonly used to make blood more visible – useful primarily to hunters and law enforcement personnel. Red light can also illuminate without ruining night vision. This is highly useful for tactical situations, star-gazing, and preventing self blinding on marine, auto, and other reflective surfaces.
